Appetite Suppressors

Everyone trying to lose weight will instantly tell you they have a problem with always feeling hungry. This feeling is uncomfortable and will last until you are able to train your body to survive with less amounts of food. Appetite suppressants will help aid this process and take away the uncorfortable feeling so you are less likely to eat.

  1. Metamucil- ((Fiber))- fiber expands your stomach when you take it giving you a feeling of being full.
  2. Apples- if you eat one medium sized apple ((which has very few caloires)) they suppress your hunger and give you loads of zinc which is good for you too.
  3. Drink loads of water everyday. Drink a full bottle of water right before you sit down to eat. This will kep you from over eating.
  4. Hoodia ((Herbal))- Make sure you get the real thing. If you take 500mg twice a day it can reduce your calorie intake by 30%
  5. Smelling Coffee
  6. Drink 2 spoonfuls of vinegar before you eat your meal.
  7. Brush Teeth
  8. Chew Gum

Appetite suppressants can be anything that gets your mind off of eating. Make sure you are eating healthy and haveĀ a balanced diet. Eating smaller meals more times a day will keep you feeling full. This will also sky rocket your metabolism. You want your metabolism high because that is what keeps your body burning fat. Good luck on your goal to having a beautiful body.
