Quick easy ways to loose weight and burn calories without doing a complete makeover to your diet and exercise routine!

First, it takes willpower to start any kind of diet or exercise routine. So once you've got your willpower in sync with your goals, its time to get started!

Stop eating dinner and snacking after 7:00 p.m.  Even if you're not doing anything else, this one simple step will help your body digest what you've ate throughout the day WHILE you are awake.  Its better to work off what you ate while you're awake because your body doesn't burn many calories while you're sleeping.

Eat more grapes!  You'll burn more calories eating a grape then a grape has in it!  Grapes are great snack throughout the day, an addition to breakfast, added to the top of a salad, and really easy to prepare for food on the go.  Just clean a handful, pat dry, and toss in a ziplock bag for trip!

Yummy.... grapefruit!  Grapefruit makes a great breakfast!  Also, grapefruit has a lot of vitamen C in it, which is really good for staying healthy.

Hard boiled eggs for breakfast is a great way to stay healthy and avoid fast food restaurants.

Here's the fun one... do butt-clenches!  Anywhere you are, you can do them!  i.e. Car, work, watching tv, waiting in line, doing dishes, cooking, at the game...  Burns calories and gives your buttocks a workout!

*  Make a dozen hard boiled eggs at once, and you've got breakfast ready to grab for the week!  ...saves you time during your morning routine too!

*  Don't over-do any one food.  MODERATION IS KEY!
