Cocktails & Shots

I am basing the recipes on my own personal preference, if I mention an ingredient you are not aware of or cannot get please comment below and I will get back to you with some alternatives. ** I am going on the assumption that you have a coctail shaker, strainer, and measures readily available.

Cocktails

Black Russian

For a Black Russian you will need:

Tia Maria

Smirnoff Red label Vodka

Coca Cola

Guinness Stout

To Mix:

1 part  Vodka

3/4 part Tia Maria - Thats 3 quarters (75%) not 3 to 4

Pout into a coctail shaker, add some ice and shake well, strain into a tall glass

Fill with coke and top with Guinness

** Do NOT pour the coke into the cocktail shaker - it is a carbonated drink - think of what happens if you shake a can of coke and then open it.

White Russian

For a White Russian you will need:

Kahlua

Vodka - Any Label

Cream

To mix:

2 parts Vodka

1 part Kahlua

4 parts cream

Pour into a coctail shaker, add some ice and shake well, strain into a short glass

Harvey Wallbanger/ SuperSplit - If you have ever had a Supersplit ice lolly you will know why I have another name on this.

For a Harvey Wallbanger you will need:

Smirnoff Red Label Vodka

Galliano

Orange Juice

To mix

1 part Vodka

1 part galliano

Orange juice

Pour into a cocktail shaker, add some ice and shake well, strain into a tall glass

Tequila Sunrise

For a Tequila Sunrise you will need:

Sauza Silver Tequila

Orange Juice

Grenadine

To mix:

1 part tequila

Orange juice

Dash of Grenadine

Take a short glass, add some ice, Pour in tequila, fill with orange juice, gently pour a dash of grenadine around the edge and allow for a moment to sink causing the sunrise effect.

Sex on the Beach

For a sex on the beach you will need:

Smirnoff Red Label Vodka

Archers Peach Schnapps

Orange Juice

Grenadine

To mix:

1 shot vodka

1 shot peach schnapps

Orange Juice

Dash of grenadine

Pour Vodka, peach schnapps and orange juice into a glass with some ice, dash of grenadine on top.

Shooters

Jagerbomb

Tall glass 1/4 full of redbull

Shot of Jagermeister

Drop shot into glass of redbull, knock it back.  ** The redbull should flow over the shot glass when it is dropped in **

Mint Aero

Creme de menthe with baileys irish cream floated on top (If you are not familiar with the term floating please check How to float baileys)

Chocolate Orange

Cointreau and Dark Creme de Cacao half of shot of each in a shot glass

Baby Guinness

Tia Maria with baileys irish cream floated on top

Buttery Nipple

Baileys with Butterscotch scnapps floated on top
