How to choose the right sheer window dressings for your home

Sheers choices are wide; you get light embroidered sheers, which I feel are best if you have plain curtains but if you already have floral or other patterned drape then you can choose plain organza and try to give some pleating effect at bottom or pinch effect allover but not too close.
These days you do get textured sheers, or you if you like shiny or glossy sheers then you can try polytissue, which is great choice. You can embellish your sheers with sequences or cut dana light work to give a very romantic look.
If you are person who loves printed fabric then you can try light printed sheers with minimal hand embroidery so that they do look rich.
