Two Delicious Hash Brown Casserole and Beef Stroganoff Hamburger Meat Recipes

Beef Stroganoff and Hash Brown Casserloe dishes are favorites with all ages. These two recipes will have gusets asking for your recipe, guaranteed!

Hashbrown Casserole

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef

1 onion, chopped

1 bell pepper

1 ctn. sour cream

2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

1 can cream of mushroom soup

9 c. frozen hash browns, thawed

1 can French-fried onion rings

Saute' ground beef, onion and bell pepper.  Add soup, sour cram, hash browns and Cheddar cheese.  Bake, uncovered, 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.   Cover with onion rings; bake for 15 minutes more.

Quick Beef Stroganoff

1 lb. ground beef

1 med. onion, sliced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

1 c. soour cream

2 T. ketchup

1 (3 oz.) can broiled, sliced mushrooms, undrained

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Noodles

Brown meat; add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is tender.  Combine remaining ingredients, except noodles; add to meat.  Heat through, but do not boil.  Serve over noodles.
