Eating soup for 7 days can help you lose weight.  The Sacred Heart Soup Diet is a diet that's done for 7 days where you follow a strict diet for those days eating specified foods on each day.  The great thing about this diet, though, is that you can eat as much as you want.  In fact, the more you eat, the more weight you lose.

You can make the recipe on your stove or in a crockpot. This recipe can be done in various ways as well.

Fat Burning Soup Recipe

  • Use 2 large cans of tomatoes
  • a few green onions
  • Special Broth (Read the sacred heart soup diet book for a secret to boosting the flavour & nutrition of your broth!)
  • or use Beef Bovril (or other bullion)chicken noodle soup mix
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1-2 pounds of carrots
  • 1-2 peppers any colour you like
  • 1-2 cups vegetable cocktail such as Mott’s Clamato or V-8 Juice
  • 1/2 head of shredded cabbage

Cook until everything is tender. Keeps in the fridge about 2-3 days. At day 3 the noodles might get a little too soggy.

A catabolic food is something that costs your body more calories to burn that you consumed.  If eating something takes 5 calories but your body expends 10 calories in actually processing it, this can help you lose weight. The great thing about the Sacred Heart diet is that you're going to experience great detox effects as well.
