Secret recipe to growing your hair long and foods that will make it grow longer
The most famous question most women have when it comes to their hair is" How can I make my hair grow faster and longer"? Being a beautician I get asked this all the time. Another question many women ask is "Is there ways to make my hair feel shiner and grow at the same time"?
There are many products you can take to make your hair grow faster, look shiner, and help get rid of those nasty split ends. Your hair needs the right amount of vitamins in order for it to even consider going through a growing stage. Vitamin K, Vitamin E, Biotin, Rose hips, eating Fenugreek, Silica, Monistat cream, Vitamin, carrot oil, Folic acid, and MSM will all help make your hair grow quicker and longer, but results will vary.
