Always bring a lot of copies and when attending job fairs make it sure that you are wearing formal or office attire because some companies make their job interview on the spot. You'll never know you might get lucky and get hired on the venue itself.

Close the deal by impressing your employer in your job interview. How do you do it. Come early in your job interview and wear proper attire. Also come prepared and have a background knowledge of the company like what services do they offer and clients they handle. And by showcasing your skills and telling them what will the company benefit from hiring you.
