Obesity or over weight is now the no. 1 problem of the world. There are alot of study being conducted worldwide to solve and search for the best way to lose weight.

Being obese or over weight can lead to health problems like heart attack, stroke and diabetes. As early as possible we should teach our kids the importance of balance and healthy diet plus exercise.

If currently you are obese or overweight you should start to act now. It's best to practice this two effective ways to lose weight and that is to eat healthy foods and give time to exercise.

What you should do is to consult a dietician or nutrisionist to give you a professional advise on what to do and how to start eating a balance diet. They can give or prepare a meal chart, for you to strictly follow.

For sure they will not allow you to eat junk foods and sweets you should also avoid this on your own.

Also starting today, have a daily exercise give 30 minutes to 1 hour a day. You can start by having a 30 minute walk a day and as you progress you can add more time or change it to jogging. Also after waking up in the morning try to atleast make 2-3 push ups and 5-10 sit ups or it depends on you. As you progress just add more repetitions and you will eventually feel much stronger and healthier.

By continously practicing this two ways on how to effectively lose weight you will feel the change in a matter of 2 weeks. Keep on following your healthy diet and don't forget  your daily exercise.

I actually had my doc write a prescription for exercise and portion control. I pu it on the fridge and use it as a motivator.
