MINUTES OF MEETING
Date: January 12, 2009
Presiding Officer: Mr. Manseras
Attendees: Jeans Dorm lodgers (see attached list)

TOPICS DISCUSSED:
1. Important Dates
March 12-13, 2009– Final examination for the graduating students.
March 18-24, 2009- Final examination for the non-graduating students.
March 3rd week, 2009 – Mr.Manseras will be out of the country. He is the responsible person for the dissemination of the clearance. In connection to this, the dormers are reminded to get their clearance ahead of time.
April 6, 2009- Graduation Day (tentative)
April 13 – May 22, 2009 – Summer Term
April 2nd week, 2009
2. Review of the minutes
a. Room cleaning
On or before Saturday, January 17, 2009, Mr. Manseras will be inspecting the rooms. With this, Mr. Manseras will provide ‘silhig’, brush, and ‘hypo’.
b. Cat hunting
A fifty pesos incentive will be given by Mr. Manseras to those people who can catch a cat and put it on a sack. Happy hunting.
c. Payments
To those dormers who have not yet paid their deposit, November, December, and January are required to pay on Saturday January 17, 2009 or else they will be expelled in the house.
And also to those who have balance are required to pay before the end of January.
d. Placemat
January 17, 2009 will be the date for the enforcement of placemat. Mr. Manseras will check the individual’s placemat.
e. Bathrooms
f. A fine of 50 centavos will be charged to those dormers who will violate in the “turning on/off of the lights issue”
The persons who are responsible for the checking and collection of the said fine are:
Marquem Mamugay- creekside
Gray Mae Bolocon- Roadside
Yoradyl Lucagbo- Ground Floor
Mr. Manseras will be providing a form for this people.
