Is dieting your downfall? Tired of being a yo-yo? There's an easier way to achieve the health and appearance you want and it won't cost you a cent to read this!

Are you tired of spending untold amounts of cash on forever failing, fix-all diet plans that never seem to give the results they promise? What you are about to read is all you will ever need in order to get those elusive results for which you’ve been searching! You will be absolutely flabbergasted by the simplicity of this amazing plan! I know you’re anxious to learn how this all works, so let’s get right to it, shall we?

What you WON’T need :

1. Extravagantly overpriced diet foods, shakes, bars, pills, etc.

2. Complicated exercise gadgets

3. Outrageously priced Gym memberships

4. Stylish workout apparel

What you WILL need :

1. Yourself

2. Your brain

3. A mirror

This won’t be the hand-holding, coddling, wishy-washy, mega-marketable plan that you’re used to seeing…….this IS the one and only thing you need to know to lose all the pounds and inches you want:

1. Stop making excuses.

2. Stop filling your shopping cart with junk.

3. Drink water. Lots of it.

4. Take a look in the mirror…..really. Stop. Look. Daily.

That’s it. It’s JUST THAT SIMPLE . Maybe you’re sitting there reading this, thinking “I’VE BEEN SCAMMED”…but the plain and simple truth is that THIS is not a scam. THIS is the TRUTH !! This is what NO one wants to tell you for fear that you won’t buy their next 38 workout videos, or diet pills, or transformational systems, etc. etc. blah, blah, blah.

No one, no thing, no latest-greatest product or gadget, nor even drastic gastric bypass or plastic surgery will EVER take the place of your own mind. Nor will any of those things lose that weight for you. Only YOU will lose it, when YOU are good and ready to take responsibility, and to stop waiting for the second coming of the Diet Christ to save you from the hold that your couch cushions have taken over your well being, as well as your backside!

When you head to the store, PAY ATTENTION to what you’re putting in that cart. Do you enjoy greasing the corporate diet/fat industry wheels? Have you tried to buy some oceanfront property in Kansas, too? Fruits, veggies, and lean meats are NOT the enemies here. There is absolutely no valid excuse for subsisting on junk, unless you’re trying to make sure that your body will be well preserved until the year 4028. Give it up. There is a reason that sympathy for the obese is way low. It’s because you, me, and anyone else who has been there, or is headed there has gotten, or is getting there pretty much by their own hand. (And before you open your mouth to mention some medical reasoning for your condition, all the while scarfing down a handful of chips, please refer back to Step #1.)

While you’re tooling around that grocery, learning to leave behind the junk, pick up some water. Bottled water, Natural Spring Water, Water machines, or even water out of your tap, all forms of water are not just good, but GREAT ! Ice water, frozen water, warm water-great for your skin, great for your body, great for flushing out whatever has been gluing itself to your cells…..learn to love it, and it will love you right back. Do a search on the benefits of drinking water and you’ll see, there are way more pros than cons to this spiffy beverage!

Finally, this is the key: Your Mirror . Mirrors don’t lie. Mirrors will tell you exactly what they see. Mirrors will show you what you’ve been avoiding. Mirrors will keep you in check. You can sit on that couch all morning, watching talk shows, telling yourself that it’s just not that bad, or that you’ll get up and exercise next week, but take a step in the bathroom, and who do you see staring back at you? Who do you WANT to see staring back at you? You point at the mirror and it’s going to point right back at the true source of power when losing unwanted pounds, inches and misery. YOU .

See, there are no fancy menus to plan, no complicated contraptions to assemble, no videos chock full of “beautiful people” to watch and sweat by….I have made no unreasonable, unbelievable, or false statements to persuade you to buy my new book, video or anything else. I have nothing invested in making you believe what I have said here. I’m simply taking it upon myself to give you the wakeup call that doesn’t come with countless George Washington-shaped strings attached. If you don’t believe me, that’s fine, because in the end, regardless of all else, only YOU can change YOU!
