I rather stick to plenty of fresh fruit and veggies, plenty of starchy foods like wholegrain bread, pasta and rice, a number of protein-rich foods like meat, fish, eggs and lentils as well as some dairy foods. It ought to also be low in fat (especially saturated fat), salt not to mention sugar.
