It is the rays of joy and love.  If there is a smile, then there will be no room for sadness, hatred and anger.  A genuine smile is of one of the most effective means to capture the trust and attention of a person.

Here are the different powers smile can give to a person.

1. Smiling makes us attractive.

Smiling makes people seems friendly . This is a plus on our personality. People who smile are more popular, more impressive and happier.

2. Smiling makes you look younger

When you smile you feel better, happier and positive, relaxed and focus. When you smile, the muscles used lift your face making you appear younger.

3. Smiling makes you stay positive

It makes you appreciate even the smallest things in your life. A smile is generally an expression of positive emotions, which can uplift a soul, who in turn passes the energy to another. It serves as a gift to those who are in a negative mood.

4. Smiling Releases Endorphins

We know that happy, smiling people often have a good health and longevity. When we smile, we releases endorphins. Endorphins are a group of substances formed within the body that is considered a natural pain reliever. These are thought to be involved in controlling the body's response to stress, regulating contractions of the intestinal wall, and determining mood.

5. Smiling Brings Happiness

You've probably heard a contagious smile. What is this all about? It is when we affect others with our smile. Even in the most stressful time, a genuine smile can affect everybody's mood.
