1. Have a daily schedule plan for study.

Make a plan for each day so you can study at regular hour. You can use your free time in school or at home for studying. If you are at home, choose the ideal time in which you can study best. It can be in the morning, afternoon, or evening. Then, once you choose a time for studying, be strict in following it.

2. Choose a place  conducive to learning.

Decide which is a good place for you to be able to study better. After deciding which is the best place to study, gather all the learning materials and keep it there so it will save your time once you study. At home, it is best to choose an area in which there will be less or no interruption at all by other persons. It is also a good thing to choose a place where there is proper light and ventilation. In addition to that, it has been said also that  one's study table should face a blank wall so that the learner will not see things that caught his attention.

3. Give all your focus once you begin studying.

Once you sit at your study table, begin studying. Avoid thinking of something or someone else that is not related to what  you are studying. Turn off or change the status of your cellphone into silent mode and keep any materials for games that might distract your concentration to your study. Keep in mind that you have work  that must be done. You must give your full attention in studying.  It is not the time  to trim your nails, put make up on face or write letters to friends.

4. Review your past lessons.

It is a good way for you to enhance your learning because the more you review your lessons, the more the chance that you will not forget it. It is helpful to review your past lessons, especially if the new lesson is related to it.

Good article. I just disagree with you in the aspect related to music, as there are many people who concentrate more in study while listening to a certain type of music. Good idea, though.
