A clogged toilet drain is not the end of the world. It easy to clear and I will give you the steps to clear the clogged toilet drain.

*  Toilet Plunger
*  Toilet drain snake. (Can be purchased at Lowe's fairly cheap)

A toilet plunger will have a flang that will fit in to the opening of the toilet drain. First, place the toilet plunger into the toilet drain and make a good seal.

Now, using solid steady pressure press straight down and release the pressure. Repeat this process until clogged toilet drain is clear.

If after several tries this has not worked you may need to use a toilet drain snake. Place the end of the drain snake into the toilet drain and while twisting the snake push the snake into the drain.

You may feel the clog with the drain snake. Pull the snake back slightly and push the snake into the clog while twisting it. The clog should bust loose and the drain will be clear.

*  Have a towel handy for any splashing that my occur.

*  Do not flush the toilet more than once to test for a clear drain.
