Easy guide on how to organize mail, the easy way. Are you tired of seeing your mail cluttered and not finding fast enough the important mail/invitations because is all mixed with all the junk mail? Don't worry, you will no longer have your old or junk mail mixed with the new/important mail. Organize mail the easy way.

Easy and convenient way to ORGANIZE MAIL.

HOW TO ORGANIZE MAIL; Notice how your mail can neatly be organized. This photo is showing invitations, goodies, vase with goodies (which is also can be place on the multi-purpose tray) ...With this photo you can get the idea on how your mail will be organize in a convenient and neatly way. Read along...you will no longer have your new mail mixed with your old mail! Organize your mail in an easy convenient way.

Follow these 3 simple steps to organize your mail;

THINGS YOU WILL NEED


  • Multi-Purpose Tray ...If you don't have one already you can find it in www.Pixntray.com
  • Scissors ~ could pick one up in your nearest craft store or office supply store
  • card stock paper or computer paper or photo paper: You need two (8 x10) sheets of paper.

Ok, let’s begin…

ORGANIZE MAIL, STEP #1

Gather all your mail and separate into four categories such as;

  • Incoming Mail
  • Outgoing Mail
  • Read Mail
  • Bills

Now that you have them separated into 4 categories, I'm going to explain how you could keep them neatly and conveniently organize mail with one tray...you will never have to worry about getting your mail mixed up ever again.

This next step, I'm going to go over on how you can personalize 4 cards to display on your multi-purpose tray.

Note: In lieu of the cards you are about to create... you can place your own business cards or your own personal photos or PIX N' TRAY™ fun cards. (* business cards are being displayed on the photo you see below.)

How to organize mail, STEP #2

You could use PIX N’ TRAY™ fun cards to display on the multi-purpose tray or simply create your own personalized cards "to-do cards" using card stock paper, photo paper or computer paper.

If you decide you want to personalize your own cards then take your paper from your "things you will need list" which I mentioned earlier, and use Pix n' tray™ fun cards as your guide to trace and trim your card stock paper...it's easy, simply trace and cut.

Now that you have them cut out, write on each card using a pen or marker;  OUTGOING MAIL , INCOMING MAIL, READ MAIL, BILLS

Tip: before cutting the paper, type words or images using your computer and then print paper, trace and cut.

Tip: in lieu of writing on your cards, you could also use stickers to personalize each card. You could get as creative as you like. The ideas are endless!


ORGANIZE YOUR MAIL; STEP #3

Last but not least, take your already cut and personalized cards and easily slide them into the tray's half round inserts (the half rounds located towards front of the tray...if you like you could also place cards, photos, messages, business cards on all have rounds and rectangular(s)...

This is great so when all your mail is off the tray, your messages and all photos, etc. are revealed, so your tray always looks personalized and inviting. *see photo demonstration below.

After you insert your photos, personalized cards or business cards, you then can place all your mail...place all outgoing mail where you displayed "outgoing mail" do the same for your incoming mail and so on. The multi-purpose photo tray holds up to 50 to 100 pieces of letters / mail…this depends on the size of your letters.

Note: The tray halfrounds have an opening on each side where you easily slide in and out your photos, personalized cards, fun cards, business cards, etc.

All half rounds wall and rectangular walls will support your mail in an upright position without your mail tilting to the sides (that's what makes this tray so unique)...your mail will always look nice & tidy and easy to sort and always be organize.

EXTRA TIPS

Place your keys on center of tray and you never have to worry about loosing your keys again.
