my favorite pickles

try it its easy to make when u already made it, it have a great taste

first prepair the following

native onions: 5 pieces (peeled)

native garlic: 1 bulb (peeled)

native ginger: 1 thumb size (sliced)

whole black pepper: 1 tea spoon

cane vinegar (vinegar):  3 cup 

white sugar: 3 cups

salt: 2 table spoon

carrots: 1/2 kl (cut into strips 2 inch long)

cucumber: 1/2 kl (cut into strips 2 1/2 inch long)

procedure: Boil vinegar and put sugar and salt after sugar and salt melt add all remaining ingredients then let it boil for a while then pour into wide mouth jar where carrots and cucumber are arranged. cover then let it ferment for 3 days. and its ready to eat
