A dessert that you will never forget. Easy to make.

This one of my favorite dessert. Photograph of the recipe is shown at the end of the article and it was taken by the me.

Ingredients:

275g white chocolate, broken up

100ml creamy milk

1 sachet (12g), granulated gelatin

100g cream cheese

1 teaspoon instant coffee granules

1 teaspoon grape seed or almond oil

2 tablespoon golden rum

Method:

1. Put white chocolate in a large heat-proof bowl and microwave on high for 2 ½ minutes or until the chocolate is melted. Take out and stir well.

2. Put the gelatin into a heat-proof jug with 4 tablespoons cold water; microwave on high for 1 ½ -2 minutes or until melted. Take out stir well.

3. Whisk gelatin, cream cheese and chocolate milk mix with an hand-held electric beater on low to avoid bubbles. Cool.

4. Stir coffee with 4 tablespoon boiled hot water. Set aside.

5. Oil a one liter terrine or bowl. Half the chocolate mix and whisk the coffee and rum into one half. Pour into the oiled bowl and fast-freeze for 20 minutes. Pour in the white chocolate mix and chill this layer for 40 minutes, ideally overnight.

6. To serve stand the terrine briefly in boiling water, invert onto a serving plate, then chill before slicing.

It serves 3-6 persons.
