How to Print a Brochure in PowerPoint

PowerPoint is such a wonderful tool to create slide shows and animated
presentations. It can also be used to create professional looking brochures for small businesses. I am going to show you step by step how to create and print a brochure in PowerPoint.

Open a new blank presentation. Get rid of all boxes by clicking on the side to select and delete. Go to Design to select a background color under background style.

Go to Insert Button and insert a table with two or three columns depending on what your design is going to be. The table only serves as a guide to align everything you want to put on the brochure. In this case, I am choosing a 3 X 1 to get a three column layout. Stretch the column box to cover the entire page.

Insert all pictures. Place them where you want them to be. Click on each picture and go to Format button. You can change the pictures into different shapes and add special effect. In my case, I made the picture on top left an oval shape and add reflect effect to the one in the middle column. The picture on the right side has a border.

Now Insert a text box on the top and type and format the title of this brochure. Repeat this step till you have all your content in place. I am using white text color since my background is black.

Click on the corner, select and delete the column guide. Your brochure is ready to be printed. Go to file and print presentation.
