How To Discipline Yourself

This is a how to article on how to discipline yourself.

          1) Be ROUTINED. The biggest obstacle holding most people back from their dreams is not their ability to perform...it's their habits. People get into the habit of going to bed at different times, getting up at different times, working hard somedays (slacking off others). You must learn to become a creature of habit.

      2) Be CONSISTENT. You can go all-out one day and then go half-ass the next day and expect for your dreams really to come to fruition. You have to give it your best all the time in order to trully be a champion in life. 3             3) Stop being SO EMOTIONAL. Emotions are not always your ally. Emotions will tell you to work hard while your boss is watching you and to slack off while he is not. Be true to yourself--not to anyone else. Is it really ok for you to do a lousy job 50% of the time? Really? Shouldn't you hold yourself to higher standards. I think so. 4             4) Get rid of BAD HABITS and DEVELOP GOOD ONES. Stop doing the things that make you tired and start doing the things that give you energy.            5) Reward yourself for your discipline. We're not robots. Everybody deserves a little rest and relaxation sometime.... FOR MORE INFORMATION, check out my article http://www.ehow.com/how_4712600_be-disciplined.html
