How to exfoliate your face

This is my absolute favorite thing to do. Using a facial buff gets the dead skin cells off your face and renews it revealing glowing skin.

Step1 Aveda All sensitive What I like to do is first wash my face with a regular cleanser, preferably with a sensitive cleanser so I don't strip my face of any oils or moisture.
Step2 St. Ives Olive Scrub Then I take the facial buff and apply the exfoliate to it and add a tiny amount of warm or hot water.
Step3 Using a circular motion I apply the exfoliate and facial buff to my face, concentrating on my forehead(it has most of the dead skin cells and is apt to looking dull, however everyone is different) and other areas of my face, such as the oily area around the nose and chin.
Step4 After that I apply a cold splash of water to seal the pores in my face. I do this step at least 3-5 times per week since I tend to have very dry skin. But-remember to drink your water to help keep your skin moisturized.

Since I can't leave you a message, I thought I'd leave a comment, lol. I remember meeting you in eHow and all I have to say is thank you soo much for referring me to this site also! It has been a great experience writing articles on here - and now the video uploader works too :-) My network is growing and they have also been sharing great, valuable content also. Consider this a testimonial and a token of my gratitude. Thank you! Jen A.K.A. MegapixelPro
