Everyone loves pot roast but know that it can take a long time to cook and hate worrying about working with oil to brown the roast and transferring it to a dutch oven. This is a great quick and easy pot roast recipe that can be thrown in the crockpot in the morning and ready when you arrive home.

Many of us love pot roast but know that it can take a long time to cook and hate worrying about working with oil to brown the roast and transferring it to a dutch oven. Standing over the oven waiting for dinner can be frustrating and in today’s times, let’s face it, who has the time? This is a great quick and easy pot roast recipe that can be thrown in the crockpot in the morning and ready when you arrive home. Quick, easy and yummy!

Things You’ll Need:

  • 1 3 Pound Chuck Roast, Fat Trimmed
  • 1 Package Lipton Onion and Mushroom Soup Mix
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Teaspoon Vinegar

Gather the following ingredients: 1 3 Pound Chuck Roast - Fat Trimmed, 1 Package Lipton Onion and Mushroom Soup Mix, 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 Teaspoon Vinegar

Place chuck roast into crockpot. Empty can of soup over the top, sprinkle with soup mix. Add the vinegar.

Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. Serve with your favorite sides.
