How to Make the Very Best Corn Pudding Ever!

This is the very best corn pudding ever.  Most corn casseroles and puddings are made with corn meal.  This one is sweeter and creamy.  This is the best corn pudding my entire family has ever had.  This is wonderful for the holidays.  Guests have said it is so good that it is almost like dessert.  Please try this simple recipe, you will not be disappointed.  YUMMY!!   

1 Bag Frozen Corn (frozen only)

10 Eggs

1 Quart (2 Pints) Heavy Cream

Pinch Salt

Pinch Pepper

¾ Cup Sugar

Large Bowl

Ingredients

Pre-heat oven 325 Degrees

Grease Casserole Dish.

Line dish with 2 Cups Frozen Corn (can use a little more or less).

In a large bowl mix eggs, heavy cream, sugar, pinch of salt and pepper.

Pour mixture over corn.

Place casserole dish (uncovered) in oven and bake for 1 to 1 ½ hours.  Do NOT raise oven temperature.

Center will be firm but soft.  YUMMY!!
