How to Make Easy Breakfast Casserole

This is a make ahead breakfast. This is the easiest way to make your family and friends feel like you slaved all morning for this yummy breakfast.

To busy in the morning to make breakfast for your family?  Have family or Friends coming over for Brunch? Overnight Guests?  This is the easiest way to make your family and friends feel like you slaved all morning for this yummy breakfast.  This is a make ahead breakfast.  Fast and easy put together the night before and store in fridge.  All you have to do is throw it in the oven in the morning.

Gather together the following ingredients:

1 Pound Bulk Sausage

6 Slices of Bread

1 Cup Cheddar Cheese

6 Beaten Eggs

2 Cups Milk

1 Teaspoon Salt

Pinch of Pepper

½ Cup Green Onions

Optional – Salsa

9X12 Casserole Dish

Brown sausage and drain.  Trim edges of bread and cut into cubes.  Place bread cubes flat in the bottom of the casserole dish.  Spread sausage and cheese on top of bread.  Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients.  Pour egg mixture into casserole dish over the bread, sausage, and cheese.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.  Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
