Seafoods are reach in calcium. Try this easy recipe "Garlicky Prawn". Photograph of the recipe is shown at the end of the article and it was taken by the author. 

Ingredients:

1 kg medium king prawns

3 teaspoons coarsely chopped fresh coriander seeds

2 teaspoon dried coriander seeds

1 teaspoon dried peppercorns

4 cloves garlic, crushed

2 tablespoons peanut oil

1 cup bean sprouts

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander

1 tablespoon fried shallots

1 tablespoon fried garlic

1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves

Methods:

1. Shell and devein prawn leaving tail intact.

2. Using pestle and mortar crushed coriander mixture; coriander seeds, peppercorns and garlic to a paste. Place the prawns in a large bowl add in coriander mixture and half the oil, toss to coat prawns to marinate.

3. Heat remaining oil in a pan; stir fry prawn mixture in batches until prawn changes in color. Take out from heat. Toss bean sprouts and coriander through stir fry.

4. Sprinkle with shallots, fried garlic and coriander leaves. Then serve.

Tips:

- White pepper corns can also be use.

- Shell of prawns is reach in calcium when cooked

- Always buy coriander with roots intact and buy then in bunch, you can freeze any left over

- Fried shallot and fried ginger are use as condiments, can be bought in small jars
