I know what you are thinking, there is no cure for the common cold, well guess what, there is! Read on to learn how!
All you need to cure your cold is peroxide and Q-tips, things you probably already have in your medicine cabinet!
First, take a small amount (about an ounce)f the peroxide and mix it with an equal amount of water. Do NOT skip this step, it is very important!
Take a Q-tip and dip it in the water/peroxide solution and swipe it around the inside of one of your nostrils. Do not be too rough or go too high, he inside as much as possible. Now, without breathing through your nose, do the same with the other nostril, using a new Q-tip. Make sure not to dip a dirty Q-tip into the solution. Once you do this, wait ten seconds and then blow your nose. Now, flush your nose out with nasal spray, or, if you do not have any, you can use a Q-tip and water to clean out your nose. Make sure you use a clean Q-tip every time!
Now, take the water/peroxide and use it to gargle. Get it as far back in your throat as possible without swallowing any. Make sure you DO NOT swallow any! Once you do that, follow with a water gargle.
That is it, that is all you have to do. The peroxide will kill the cold virus! Repeat it every 2 hours until your symptoms go away. It will usually only take 2 or 3 timebefore you feel back to almost 100%, as opposed to feeling bad for a few days while getting over your cold. Please feel free to comment here and let me know how it goes for you!
