How to avoid bacteria " 13 TIPS"

Health is an important consideration always, especially during cold and flu season.

     Eduaction with health tips, can avoid bacteria from grossly affecting your house. When we assert simple activities, we can limit the germs that invade our life and make us ill. My easy hints can guide you to even avoid some contamination to our families. Accept these ideas today for better health.

1.  Use tissues once and throw them in the fireplace or out in an outside receptacle everyday. Do not let the used tissues stay to breed germs overnight indoors.

2.  Wash hands after each use of the tissue. This will considerably cut down on the inter dispersing of some of the gerns.

3.  Use waterlees, antibacterial product if water is not easily available.This constant monitoring can cut down the amount of germs being allowed to grow.

4.  Make sure everyone has their own towel for hand and face washing as well as for shower or bath.

5.  Change the pillow case daily to decrease moisture from nose and mouth being able to sit and breed bacteria.

6.  Cover the nose and mouth when sneezing or coughing. Droplet infection is the number one way to spread germs.

7.  Do not share glasses or good utensils with anyone.One has approximately 7 to 10 days incubation time from the onset of symptoms to an obvious illness.

8.  Wash hands thoroughly after going to the department or grocery store. Door knobs, carts, doors and items are touched many times. People are not always careful about their personal hygiene.

9.  Proper nutrition, paying special attention to snacks during flu and cold seasons can increase our immune systems to sometimes reject illness.

10. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to keep proper hydration in balance.

11. Avoid people that are obviously ill or those who have been around an ill person in last week, if possible.

12. Consider Vit. C during the flu and cold seasons as a preventive measure to avoid bacteria from affecting our bodies..

13. Soak tooth brushes in half hydrogen peroxide and half water solution overnight to cut down on bacteria growth.
