What Good is the CIA?

Dec 31st, 2009 by poetryman69

CIA FAIL. This CIA failed to protect us from the underpants bomber.

Once again it appears that people on the ground in a government agency were doing their job and forwarding credible threats to their “superiors”, and I use the term “superiors”  very, very, very loosely.   But some jackass middle manager in the CIA decided that he’d have more job security if he let people be blown up.  If this is standard operating procedure for the CIA then what the hell good are they?   I understand that having a foreign born, Marxist Muslim president means you have to take care not offend, but if  a man’s father says he’s a suicide bomber, let’s go with that.  Make an exception to what you apparently think is your real job–taking  care you don’t offend anyone.

New rule:  If there is any doubt about a foreigner who wishes to come to the US, put him on the no fly list.  If someone at the ticket counter needs to be convinced to let the foreigner on–request denied.

The CIA knew about it before it happened…

Did intelligence lapses aid and abet a terrorist?

What did they know and when did they know it?

Is Chairman Obama and his CIA giving aid and comfort to our enemies?  And where is that coordinating intelligence agency that is supposed to mediate between the lesser intelligence agencies?  Besides sacrificing the lives of untold numbers of trees for the cause of bigger government what has this new intelligence agency done?  Outside of making inexplicably ignorant statements to the press, what are getting for our money out of Homeland Security?
