How to defrag a computer

Your hard disk becomes fragmented every time you use your computer. Do you know why such thing happens?

Windows and Windows applications are not perfect and from time to time they leave fragments in the computer's hard disk when they erase old and temporary files. Those fragments are now free space that will be use later to store new files but when a file is bigger than the fragment, it will be stored half here and half somewhere else. When Windows later needs to access that file it will have a long way to go to get the other half and reducing the system performance. What if you could just defrag your system to make it run at peak and full speed again? That's what Windows defragments tools do. Microsoft didn't develop it, instead they use a third party to mak it for them so you can see the quality is not that. Windows can only do some basic defragmentation with some files. System files, read only files and things like that cannot be defragmented. What can happen if you leave your system too fragmented for a very long time? The computer becomes very slow, the computer will crash lots of times per day, you can even reduce the lifetime of your ard disk because of the extra effort it will have to make to search the files you request. So it's a very good idea to defragment you system all the times you have the time and opportunity. Too bad it can take hours until its finished. You need something faster, something more professional. The best solution around there is Diskeeper. This professional software is expensive and to get the most of it you really need to spend some bucks with the most expensive version but you will have your hard disk up to 300% faster, you will hav your disk defragmented in real time, you will have a more stable and secure drive, to sum up its a very good investment. If you don't believe it why don't you try the 30 trial and see for yourself. It's always a good idea to try something before you buy. You need to register first but all they want is your email adress to send you advertisments later. In a moment of peace you work better so just buy this software and get peace of mind. Real time defragment on the fly makes fragmentation almost impossible and you are ensured your disk will run perfectly all the time. If you don't like the software you can always ask your money back then. The are competitor products but Diskeeper is the best one I tried so far.
