Want to grill some corn on the cob , BUT not sure how it is done , Here is the best way I have found to get GREAT GRILLED CORN ON THE COB

Get some FRESH Corn on the cob. The fresher the better. Leave it UNSHUCKED ( do not remove the husks ) Get a ice chest that all the corn will fit into. Fill the ice chest 1/2 way up with water & add 1/2 cup of salt Stur the water to dissolve the salt completely. (If you are on a low sodium diet you can leave out the salt) Put the unshucked corn into the ice chest If you need add more water so the corn is under water. Let it soak for 30 minute This will add moisture to the corn & the wet husk will keep the corn from burning on the grill Fire up the grill as the corn soaks in the ice chest, When the coals are ready , put the corn husk & all on the grill. Cook it for 20 minutes & turn it every 5 minutes so it don't burn. While the corn cooks empty the water out of the ice chest & keep it by the grill. After 20 minutes on the grill Take the corn off the grill & put it husk & all into the ice chest & close the lid. Now you can cook your meat on the grill. The corn will basically steam its self in the closed ice chest while the meat cooks. It will stay moist & HOT in the ice chest. When the meat is done , folks can grab the corn out of the ice chest as they need it. Take the husk off & eat with the meal If you like the corn a little brunt looking. SHUCK the husk off the hot corn & toss it back on the grill for a few minutes till it is how you like it. BUTTER & season the way you like. & ENJOY If you peel the hush back & not pull it off. the husk cools VERY fast & it can be used as a handle for the hot corn on the cob
