Hot, hot, hot chicken wings recipe. Easy and inexpensive to prepare!

Are you looking for a simple inexpensive appetizer for your New Years Eve party or maybe an easy snack for Super Bowl Sunday? Well you found the right place. This is one of the easiest firey hot, chicken wing recipes, you will ever run across.

Ingredients:

5 pounds cut chicken wings

1/4 cup ground red pepper

2 cup flour

enough cooking oil to put 3 to 4 inches in the bottom of your pan

salt to taste

Place the 5 pounds of chicken wings into a large bowl. Add enough water to moisten the chicken wings. Pour in the 1/4 cup ground red pepper. With your hand, stir the ground red pepper into the chicken wings, until each piece is heavily coated. Add more ground red pepper if needed. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, the longer that the wings marinate, the more firey hot they will become! Leave overnight, for hottest results.

Pour the cooking oil into a deep fryer or a large deep sided skillet. Heat oil to 350 degrees.

Place the 2 cups flour into a large bowl. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator, take a piece of ground red pepper coated chicken (do not rinse) and dredge in the flour, making sure each chicken wing is completely covered in flour. Carefully place the wing in the hot oil. Repeat with remaining wings.

Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until the chicken wings float on top of the hot oil. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels, to soak up excess oil.

These firey hot chicken wings are great when served with ranch dressing, BBQ sauce or honey mustard dipping sauce. Serve while still warm.
