PUK CODE

Hi 

this is universal whatever phone you have posting imei codes to websites wont help you, the code is sim card spesific and has noting to do with the phone.

you have entered the pin code for the sim card wrong 3 times now you are required to enter a puk code to reset the pin code. Don't try to guess the puk code after too many attempts you will make the sim card useless (in most cases) 

The puk code is sim card spesific it comes with the sim card when you get it or you can get it by calling your phone service provider of the sim card to get the puk code. 

You way look in the documents that came with the sim card, many times when its a prepaid sim card the puk codes come with the documents or in the box.

If you have a monthly bill coming to your home you might not have the puk code and the only way to get it is to call the company who sends you the phone bills their customer service will be able to find the puk code for your sim card aslong as you are calling the right company who owns the sim card or to whom its assinged, you can't get a t mobile puk code from at&t customer service so make sure your calling the correct number. As far as I know this service is only available by phone, some companys may have email service but as this may require somekind of identification its better todo it over the phone than to wait for replys to emails.

if you have entered the puk code wrong too many times you will make the sim card useless and you will have to contact your phone service provider for a new sim card, it will probably cost the price of a new sim card and shipping.
