I Don’t Wanna Die From the Flu — Or the Vaccinations!

Dr. Mercola asked expert Dr. Blaylock, interpreter of CDC data, to elaborate on the validity of the publics’ concerns regarding the real or assumed dangers of getting a flu vaccination. Dr. Blaylock prefaced his response by stating that all his information was based on hard science, which came not only from scientific literature, but from the best of the scientific literature.

Vaccinations for Toddlers and Adults

Dr. Blaylock then stated “…so the science is saying ‘much ado about nothing’ so far,” with regard to dangers of the flu and the idea that Americans’ only protection is a vaccine. “The science also says very clearly," he continued, "number one, there’s strong, strong evidence, 51 different well conducted studies, that children under age two get absolutely no protection from the flu vaccine whatsoever.”

He further referenced a 30-year study on the flu vaccine in adults that pointed out that it did not reduce hospitalizations or death at all—zero percent. And those are the two reasons why people are told (literally frightened in some cases) into getting this vaccine – to prevent hospitalization and death. “Yet this 30-year, very intense study that was in one of our better peer-reviewed journals,” Dr. Blaylock said, “indicated there was no protection whatsoever.” That now leaves the question, why is the vaccine being promoted so aggressively?

Vaccination Contamination Can Have Future Adverse Effects

Another point brought out by Blaylock, is that “many of these vaccines are heavily contaminated… with pestivirus, …mycoplasm, … with a number of stealth-type viruses which the virologists… in closed scientific meetings, discuss extensively, but they don’t let the public know about it, [be]cause they’re afraid that if the public knew that these vaccines were contaminated and could cause disease even 10, 20 years later, such as degenerative brain diseases and cancer, people would not be so quick to take these vaccines, particularly with these indications.”

Dr. Mercola interjected that the common typical perception of the public, is that, “somehow, there’s this solution that‘s in this sterile vial that is a purified viral antigen… and if it’s injected sterilely, it’s going to… stimulate their immune system to prevent an infection and give them immunity to it.  But what they’re unaware of,” he continued, “is these infections, these other viruses and contaminants are a byproduct… an artifact of the actual production process of… the vaccine.”

Mercola went on to say that these cultures cannot be maintained in a bottle without them becoming further contaminated by secondary growths, so manufacturers must include… materials such as preservatives to prevent these types of overgrowth.  Then they add adjuvants, which are intended to improve the human immune response. And for many people, these preservatives and adjuvants are of more serious concern than the actual virus in the mix.

Dr. Blaylock’s response was “Yes, to me the contamination issue far exceeds any other issue, because not only are you infected, but it’s [in DNA] passed on to your children and your grandchildren. We saw this with the SB40 infection / contamination of the Polio virus. We’re now seeing it in second and third generations. And it’s producing brain tumors in these children, and lung tumors, and ovarian tumors.”

Vaccine Industry Secrecy from the Public

Dr. Blaylock indicated that they are starting to isolate cells from this virus from the tumors that are occurring in today’s children. “While this is being kept completely away from the public,” he says,  “it’s widely discussed in the medical and the scientific literature. And… there are literally hundreds of stealth-type viruses [viruses that are very difficult… to isolate] being associated with severe degenerative brain disease that can occur a decade or two decades after you get the vaccination.”

Dangerous Additives, Preservatives, and Adjuvants

The neurological world has seen an absolute explosion of neurological diseases in the past 20 years and didn’t know why. Some examples would be the rampant cases of asthma and diabetes in children.  Dr. Blaylock stated that many of these appear to be vaccine-related disorders because of the vast number of vaccines being used today.

He is also concerned about the powerful adjuvants being used. In the flu vaccine, they’re considering using an oil-based adjuvant called squalene, when all oil-based adjuvants are known to be associated with auto-immune disease, particularly lupus, multiple sclerosis, and rheumatoid arthritis.  “In experimental animals,” Blaylock said, “if you use this very same adjuvant, called MF59 and AS03… they develop these three conditions, particularly the lupus.”  Other conditions seen in experimental animals include cancer and brain tumors.

Dr. Blaylock went on to explain that the CDC's own statements are that the death rate from the flu to date is currently lower than in previous years and that it is also very mild. From the available data, the govt and the media are literally lying and grossly inflating the death and illness figures. This may be to increase vaccine use and justify the government’s expenditure of millions of dollars in taxpayer money that is going to the drug companies.  Right now, taxpayers are footing more than a $1.5 billion check for the 250 million swine flu vaccine doses the government has ordered so far to distribute free to doctors, pharmacies, and schools (in addition to the $1 billion for seasonal flu they booked earlier this year).

Taxpayer Expenses for  Vaccines Are Good For Business

Congress has also allocated more than $10 billion additional this year to research flu viruses, monitor H1N1's progress, and educate the public about prevention (The Sacramento Bee, October 12, 2009).  Bruce Carlson, the spokesperson for Kalorama, a research firm that surveys the vaccine industry said "The vaccine market is booming.” He indicated the flu was good for business, since the market for more traditional blockbuster drugs like Lipitor and Nexium had decreased. Of course, drugmakers pocket most of the revenues, as Sanofi-Pasteur, Glaxo Smith Kline, and Novartis corner the bulk of the market. Doctors can also collect copayments for special office visits to inject shots.

Flu Is Mild But Other Costs Could Be Serious

According to Dr. Mercola, “Millions of people around the world have recovered from swine flu, and millions more will get sick with fevers, body aches, nasal congestion, cough and sometimes diarrhea and vomiting and recover from it this year and next year without any complications.”

As of August 30, 2009, Dr. Mercola wrote on his web site, "the CDC ceased testing and counting actual H1N1 virus infections... [and] any and all cases or deaths of people exhibiting flu-like symptoms are automatically tallied as H1N1, artificially driving up the perceived threat. The CDC's public explanation is that 'a pandemic is underway and, therefore, accurate monitoring is unnecessary because it’s so widespread, world-wide'."

Parents, however, are concerned, because if they or their children are injured from getting a swine flu shot, they have no recourse at all. In contrast to usual procedure, congress has passed legislation that shields vaccine manufacturers and anyone else that may be giving swine flu shots, from lawsuits if people have complications or injuries as a result of them. And there is NO funded government vaccine injury compensation program for swine flu vaccine.  Doctors may legally dismiss serious health problems an individual or their child experiences after a vaccination as "a coincidence",  so parents will allow more shots to be given.  This can result in more severe symptoms – some that  end up with permanent brain and immune system damage and even death.

What's Wrong With This Picture?

It does raise both questions and eyebrows as to why there is a “Level 6 Pandemic” in the U.S. for such a mild illness that has proved virtually inconsequential in the southern hemisphere, whose flu season is already over, and has even been dismissed as a pandemic altogether in some European countries, yet expenditures to fight this issue are so far out of proportion to usual government spending. The possibilities that these expensive vaccines are unnecessary are being countered at every turn, and more information is surfacing daily regarding unknown dangers, lack of testing, and underground rumblings of mandatory vaccinations to protect the public, with laws already in place that would prevent backlash lawsuits against drug companies resulting from any personal injuries or deaths from the shots.
