Is it really worth your time writing online for profit? Can you actually make good money?

Paid to write sites like Triond and Helium may at first seem like the answer to your money problems.

Their Not!

You may be thinking that it would be easy to make money by writing on-line.

It’s Not!

They only pay a small amount per view.

On Triond it actually depends on the type of article and where it has been placed. Yes you get 50% of the ad revenue that your work generates but the amount is dependant on how much the advertiser is paying to have their ad seen, and as I’ve already said it is dependant on which of Triond’s posting sites your work ends up on to how much you will earn per view as each site seems to charge advertisers different amounts. When you look at the earnings per view, you will need 500-1,000 just to get you near to $1 revenue from your work.

If you are looking for a get rich quick scheme then your looking in the wrong place.

Yes you can make a decent amount of money writing on-line but you need to put a lot of time and effort in to it just to start making money, and you must continue butting a lot of time in if you wish to make it work for you. Promoting your work writing more and editing it to make it better.

Things you should think about before going ahead with writing on one of the paid to write sites

First: Are you a good writer?

The better your writing skills the more views you will get as if people like your work they are more likely to share it with others via the share links or via their own blog. On Helium the better your article is the higher up in its titles list it will rank making it more visible on the site and on search engines.

Would your articles be read? [removed]//

You need to make your articles interesting. Write about something you know about and others would be interested in reading about.

Next:

Which site is right for you?

There are many sites on the web that will pay you for your articles, each one with their own revenue share formula, meaning each site will pay you slightly differently for your content.

The main 3 that I have used are:

Want to read a little more about them then go to their sites:

You will only know if writing on-line is right for you if you try it and try more than one site.

I personally like Helium because of their bonuses.

Conclusion

So in conclusion Writing on-line for profit will not really make you rich quick, but you can make good money from it if you keep at it and work hard on your content.

I’m not the best of writers but I give it a go and try to help others where I can.
