How to Loose Weight

Loosing weight is not as hard as it sounds, especially in this day and age with all the gyms and sports facilities etc. Remember, all you need is motivation and enthusiasm and guidance from us, and you'll reach that perfect weight in no time.

Loosing weight is very easy. But you must remember one golden rule: Be motivated and enthusiastic! That means that you will keep on dieting and exercising through the very end, and not quit half way. Quiters cannot looser weight, only winners can!

With that thought in mind, you are first going to have to write down what weight you currently area, how much you wish to loose and what your final goal weight will be. Make it realistic, you cannot loose 50KG in 1 week!

Ok, so now that all the phycological and paper work is done, you can get to work. These are the recommended guidlines and activities you should do in the week to reach that goal weight:

1. Food: Do not skip breakfast as this will make you put on weight in the long run. Instead eat a small, healthy meal such as a bowl of Special K and semi-skimmed milk, something that will fill you up and keep you going until lunch. For lunch, be sure to eat some vegetables, meat and a side such as rice or potatoes, and for dessert skip the sweets and rubbish food and have a nice, juicy fruit. And for dinner (make sure it is not too late, you should eat at around 6.30pm), have something quite small, such as some rich and maybe fish. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are the only meals you should have, and never snack!

2. Exercise: Everyday at home you should do 30 mins of exercise at least, and this could be lifting weights, doing crunches and sit-ups etc, or even go for a jog around the neighbourhood. In addition to this, aim to go to the gym at least 2 times a week, with this routine:

1. 10 mins on the treadmill.

2. 10 mins on the rowing machine.

3. 10 mins on the cross trainer.

4. 10 mins on the cycling machine.

5. 10 mins lifting weights.

6. 10 mins on various endurance machines.

This will round you up to 1 hour in the gym, which you should find very tiring and probably be exhausted afterwards. To make the time pass faster bring an iPod or mobile phone you can listen to, something that will entertain you throughout the workouts.

If you can follow all the guidlines above, your weight will surely drop. An important rule to remember is don't use pills that make you loose weight or buy machines that promise to give you six pack abs, because they are all rubbish. The men and women in the advertisements who show you their results did not use the items on show, they ate properly and exercised.

Eat healthy, exercise daily and stay motivated and enthusiastic, and you will definitely loose weight!
