The healing effects of apples?

Have you heard of the apple diet? This will surely help you to be healthy and enjoy your life.

“An apple a day keeps the doctor away”, is a line that is as old as our ancestors , when they planted the apples and discovered that apples are really good diet for a healthy man. Thanks to Johnny Appleseed who had planted the apples.

Apples are known to have medicinal effects on some illnesses and if eaten regularly could cleanse the body of toxics that makes for a healthier body.  The good health effects of apples makes it one of the most sought uits in the market.

Have you heard about the apple diet? I have experienced having this diet when I found out that I have UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) that gave me the discomfort day and night. I was beginning to worry when my friend advised me to try the apple diet. According to her, she tried this because she was suffering from a kidney disease. It was very effective according to her so she shared her health secret to me.  This is probably the best health advice I have been given.

Apple diet is eating as many apples as you can eat a day with or without your regular meals. I advise you to do it without your regular meals because it would be more effective. What is good about apple diet is that you will be forcing yourself to have a diet if you really want to get well or better.

I did a five days pure apple diet. During the first day, it would be really hard. Just imagine the people around you eating everything they want including your favorite food, and you are biting on an apple alone. Well, that is part of the curing process. Anyway, that is better than bearing the pain and discomfort that your illness is causing you.

On the third day, it will be better. You will feel better than the first and second day. You will begin to love the feeling of comfort and lightness of your body. And the best part is that your body has been detoxified of unwanted elements that are making you uncomfortable.

After five days, you can slowly go back to your regular diet but if you want to feel good all the time, omit most of your meat diet. Fish is good but I would advise you to remove port from your diet. I’m sorry for those pork lovers but I do recommend people to follow a strict diet if they want a healthier life.

I have long since forgotten the taste of pork. I have followed a strict vegetarian diet for four years from 1998 to 2002. Then I started eating chicken once in a while but included fish in my regular diet.

I have found out that being a vegetarian is the best health secret of many people, especially people who are older and need to watch their diet. Having a healthy life is everybody’s wish and you can only have it if you work pretty hard to control yourself from eating those unhealthy food around.

Try the apple diet and experience the soothing effect and comford it provides for you.  You will be happier with a healthy body and enjoy life as well.
