Knowledge to know about Sexually Transmitted Diseases.

Disease risk was fatal for many people and can be transmitted through sexual intercourse and other normal relations that majority of young people and many others are currently coping with the diseases. Until today, level education of the doctorate, technical scientists still can't solve the problem, treated or not still a most difficult problem that scientists face now and future.

There are more than twenty STDs. Millions of people in the world are infected with STDs and thousands of people die from the effect of STD per years, special with young people under the age of 30.

To obtain good physical health is important for all of us. Healthy people will work more effectively, but the unhealthy people find it difficult to fulfill their responsibilities.

Diseases transmitted sexually (STD) include:

  1. Human Immunodeficiency virus (common name is HIV).
  2. Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (common name is (AIDS).
  3. Human Papiloma Virus/Genital Warts (common name is HPV).
  4. Syphilis (common name is syph, pox, bad blood, lues).
  5. Public Lice.
  6. Chlamydia.
  7. Gonorrhea.
  8. Herpes.

That's the dangerous diseases I mentioned above.

 

It is almost impossible to contract STD infection by the following way:

  1. Sitting near someone who has a sexually transmitted diseases (STD).
  2. Shaking hand, hugging, kissing.
  3. Eating in the restaurant or cafeteria.
  4. Sharing food, plates, cups, or other utensils.
  5. Using restrooms, water coolers, public telephones.
  6. Swimming pool, using hot tub.
  7. Being bitten by mosquitoes or other insects.

 

The following are the basic knowledge to prevent:

  1. Eat the right food.
  2. Exercise regularly.
  3. Get plenty of sleep.
  4. Make responsible decision about sex.
  5. Have regular medical examinations.

Things you need to know about this diseases:
STD are infection passed from one person to another through sexual contact.
You may have one or more STD at the same time.
One STD may cover up the symptoms of different diseases and make it more easier for another STD to grow.
