The bruschetta appetizers will be perfect for your Thanksgiving dinner appetizers, they are good and the taste is fresh.

3 or 4 fresh tomatoes cut into small cubes

1 cup of basil leaves (fresh or dry)

1 teaspoon of olive oil per bread

Bread (sourdough bread or baguette style are the best) 1 slice per person

6 garlic cloves

2 or 3 fresh mozzarella cut in pieces

The bruschetta appetizers will be perfect for your Thanksgiving dinner appetizers, they are good and the taste is fresh. When cooking them calculate one slice of bread per person, so if you have eight people coming over, make about eight to ten bruschetta’s just in case a few of your guests want more, and the great thing about them is that they are good hot or cold.

Of course this recipe is not only good for holiday meals but great for every day meals and good as a snack as well.

First preheat your oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and take out all the ingredients that you will need and chop the garlic and the basil and dice the tomatoes in the meantime and cut the mozzarella.

Then on a baking pan put the slices of bread on it and put in the oven for about five minutes or until toasty and take them out.

On the slices of bread add the olive oil, the garlic and the mozzarella cheese on top and put back in the oven for one minute and remove (and turn off oven) and add the diced tomatoes on top before serving.

At this point serve the bruscettas to your guest which will be impressed by the amazing taste.
