If you want to have a healthy life, you must have a healthy and disciplined lifestyle. Always remember that you are what you eat. So our eating habit directly affects our health. Here are a few points which you should keep in mind in order to stay healthy till the last day of your life.
• Breathe Easy: Hard eat a hundred times, but here is another reason to kick the habit of smoking. Smokers who kick the habit can achieve more than 15% improvement in lung function in less then two months. The degree of improvements exceeds from that of anti-inflammatory treatment. Remove the butt and the smoke and you remove an accute bronchial constrictor and a pro-inflammatory of the air ways in asthma.

• Go Low Fat: Choose low fat diary products that help you achieve low blood pressure. People who eat more diary products have lower systolic blood pressure. Systolic pressure measures blood pressure in the arteries as heart beats and is a good predictor of heart disease; the higher the number, higher the risk. Those who eat more than three helpings a day find their pressure low by 2.6 points than those who ate less than half a serving. So tempt yourself with a low fat diary product when you feel hungry.

• Calcium Delight: Get yourself hooked into diary products to protect yourself from the risk of developing Type-II diabetes. A study published in diabetes care says 'middle-aged women were less likely to be diagnosed with Type-II diabetes if they frequently ate diary products. In fact, each additional diary serving is associated with a four person drop in diabetes risk. Women can choose from the 130 foods and beverages available, including skimmed milk, whole milk, yoghurt, cottage cheese, ice creams, cheese and sour cream. The more calcium you take it will make you 20% less likely to be diagnosed with Type-II than those who consume the least amount of calcium.
