- Vincent Van Gogh was a teacher at the Reverend William P Stokes School in Ramsgate.
- On December 23, 1888, Vincent Van Gogh became mad and cut off his ears and wrapped it in cloth and presented it to a local brothel.
- The Vincent Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam was opened to the public on June 2, 1973.
- Vincent Van Gogh died taking his own life while painting Wheat Field With Crows.

- Rembrandt's full name is Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn.
