Feel like your burning up your life, sick of being sluggish and cant handle weed anymore try this way to stop smoking weed.

First thing you will need to find out is if you have the willpower to quit smoking weed and this also go's with anything else your trying to quit. You will want to think how much your life will be less sluggish and how much you don't want to turn out to be a burnout.

If you don't want to become a burnout try doing outdoor activities and motivating yourself to do things. Do things that you wouldn't normally do while smoking weed, like playing football, video games, tennis, golf, surfing and always keep a positive mind.

Also another tip to quit smoking marijuana is that you will need to keep your self away from anyone that smokes, talks about smoking, or anything to do with smoking weed this will help your erg to smoke dissipate. Once your through that always remember your condition.

You will want to cut your cannabis card up if you have one and delete all of your phone numbers that you can get any weed from. So you don't have any connections for marijuana.

Whenever you get the erg to smoke some marijuana you will want to chew a piece of gum. Try taking a walk with someone that doesn't smoke, walks relieve stress most people think they need to smoke to relieve their stress but they don't.
