The first thing you should acomplish is self confidence. All scene kids have alot of self confidence, they have to. Many people will criticize you becuase of the way you dress so you need to learn how to stand up for yourself. Never take anything personal and cry in a corner. Just have fun and laugh things off. You need to learn to be tough.

Be friendly to everyone you meet. This is waht will make you the most poular of them all. No one likes a nasty scene kid with a bad attitude. Make efforts in being nice to everyone you lay eyes on.

You should aslo be very social on social networks. True scene kids have millions of friends that were all made online. Take lots of pictures and edit them with crazy effects. Then post them for all of your friends to see. Talk to everyone that talks to you. Also add scene music to your profile from bands like Dot Dot Curve, LMFAO, and I Wrestled A Bear Once. Remeber if you want to become a true scene kid, you need to take social networking sites serious and become as popular as you can.

Go to lots of shows. Most scene kids go to shows as much as once a week to everynight. Try your best to talk to as many people as you can there. You should also get as close to the stage when the band is performing and dance. Scene kids breakout lots and dance crazy doing hardcore moves and two stepping.
