While I don't recommend doing this beyond one week, this will get you motivated towards the right track of acheiving your ultimate weight loss goals

First you'll need to have a mindset of losing weight. A little will power will get you started. Start off with breakfast everyday of vegetables and green tea. Green tea helps boost your metabolism and burn calories. It also helps with fatigue, is full of antioxidants, etc. Develop an exercise regimen that will burn a good amount of calories. Exercise does not have to be boring repetitive moves. You can dance, play ball, run around with the kids for a half an hour a day or take a walk. Bottom line, keep your body moving.

  • Step 2 Refresh your body

Drink at least 64 ounces of water daily. Keep drinking green tea along with the water. Two to three cups of it should do it as it may have too much caffeine for some. Have lunch of green vegetables. Pop a vitamin to get extra nutrients.

  • Step 3

Complete these steps for seven days and watch your clothes loosen up on you. If you need to lose even more weight beyond the seven days, see my article on "How to lose 20 pounds or more in 6 Weeks". Begin eating fruits, vegetables, fish, whole grain foods to maintain a healthy diet. Don't forget your vitamins!

  • While losing water, you are also losing vital vitamins that your body needs.  Stay energized by purchasing a multi-vitamin such as Centrum, etc. If you're not into swallowing those enormous pills, then go back to step three. The right foods excluding junk of course will provide your body with the nutrition that it needs. Exercise to stay fit.
