Have you ever wondered if subliminal messaging is real? Well, the answer is yes, but it's not like Hollywood depicts it. You can't completely take control of minds and force them to do ANYTHING, however you can, over the course of time, subconsciously rewrite their thoughts about themselves, others and the world around them through repeated exposure to subliminal messages.

Step 1

Find your music! In order to make a recorded audio message "subliminal", you need to have an audio stimulus to mask it behind. The most effective which is music - it is a constant sound that you can easily hide other sounds behind without them being consciously recognizable. Not only that, but when someone is listening to music that they like and they can relate with, it opens up their mind into a state that makes any subliminal messages masked therein much more receptable by the subconscious. We won't go into that in this tutorial though.

So save an mp3 to your computer in a place that's easy to find so you can easily import it into Acid Pro in Step 3.

Step 2

Record your subliminal messages! All you need for this step is your PC Microphone and Sound Recorder, which comes with most PCs now days.

In order to open Sound Recorder, go to Start> All Programs> Accessories> Entertainment> Sound Recorder.

Now, you'll want to record all of your subliminal messages in one .wav file to keep things simple. It has been proven that the most effective duration for a list of subliminal messages is ~25 seconds. This gives you enough time to fit a few in the recording that will repeat over and over.

Before you record your subliminal messages, it's VERY important you know HOW to word them in a way that your subconscious mind will understand and take orders from. For starters, NEVER word a subliminal messages as "YOU". "YOU are getting sleepy" is a TERRIBLY bad way of wording. Think about it, when you find yourself thinking a thought you're not thinking "YOU are hungry", you're thinking it as "I am hungry". The subconscious mind WILL not understand "YOU" as that is not the way it has been trained to think. You will only perceive the subliminal messages as your own thoughts if they are worded as "I".
The second most important part of writing a subliminal message is the tense. You ALWAYS want to have it worded in present tense. For example, you want "I am losing weight" instead of "I will lose weight". The reason for this is that the subconscious is firmly grounded in the present moment. It doesn't care about the future, believe it or not. If you want to cause it to create ANY changes for you, you must word your messages in the present tense. The third and final most important part of wording a subliminal message is to refrain from using negatives. "I am not fat" is another TERRIBLE idea of how to word a subliminal message. If you word it like that, all your subconscious mind is hearing is "I ... fat". Instead, use positives and word it as "I am skinny" or "I am in amazing shape!". It is also important to keep in mind that the emotion you feel while you record these messages is what will be induced in the listener over time. You don't want to sound like a boring life-less drone or else the listener will start subconsciously feeling bored and lifeless! If you want your subliminal messages to cause the listener to feel energetic and enthusiastic, that's the way you need to FEEL and SOUND while you are recording the messages.

Step 3

Mix the subliminals behind the music! To do this, open Acid Pro 6.0 and import both your original music MP3 file and your subliminal message .wav file. Now, to start have the volume on your music set at 7.7 dB. Have your subliminal .wav file starting off at -17.3 dB.

From here, begin to tweak the volume of the subliminal .wav file ONLY. You want to slowly turn the volume up until you can begin to faintly hear it. Once you can faintly hear the subliminal messages in the background of the music, begin to slowly turn it down until it is JUST outside of the range of your conscious perception.

At this point, when you can ONLY hear your music and you can not hear your subliminal message in the background at ALL, press the mute button on the music to temporarily mute it. You should be able to fully hear and understand, consciously, what your subliminal message is saying while the music is muted. Once the music is un-muted you should not be able to hear your subliminal messages at all.

If you have created this affect, CONGRATULATIONS! You did it. You created a 100% fully functional Subliminal recording. If not, go back and tweak a bit more until you create the desired effect.

Step 4

Export the recording as a NEW MP3. To do this, in Acid Pro select File>Export. A window will pop up asking you to name the new recording and select the quality you wish to export it at. It is VERY important in this step that you select "Highest Quality VBR" for the sound quality. Without doing this step you will essentially export the same old music file without any subliminal messages added to it, as the other sound qualities filter out "excess noise" that you can't consciously hear anyways. So go ahead, name your file as something you will remember contains subliminal messages and export it.

If you made it for yourself, listen to it at least once a day and in about a week you will start to see your life transform in miraculous ways according to the messages and emotions subliminally embedded in the music.

If you made it for someone else, give them a copy and watch how their life begins to transform.
