Growing your hair out can be frustrating, but growing your bangs out can often drive you crazy. The idea of having something in your face all the time is enough to make you want to continually chop them. Here are some tips for easily growing out bangs and finding unique ways to still have a cute hairstyle in the process.

Pull bangs back with bobby pins or cute little barrettes. Keeping your bangs away from your face when you are growing them out will help to prevent you from being scissor happy. There are many adorable ways to wear your bangs back out of your face so that you can forget about them and let them grow long. Try twisting the set of bangs in a spiral and pinning them up toward the base of your head over the rest of your hair. You can also pin them underneath longer pieces of hair away from the forehead for a ‘no bang' look. Another easy idea is to take your bangs and pull them into a point and pin them to the top of your head with a little poof for dramatic affect. Use small bobby pins and decorative metal pins to give your bangs a polished look.

Wear a ball cap to keep bangs away from your face. Try pulling your bangs back into a ball cap and secure the back of hair with a ponytail pulled through the hold of the cap. You can also leave the rest of your hair down, pull bangs back with a pin, and place the hat over your head so that only the longer pieces of your hair hang down. A ball cap is a great way to hide not only bangs that are growing out, but also a bad hair day. While you can't get away with wearing a ball cap at work, unless you work in a factory, you can use a hat (to pull bangs back when your growing them out) to go into public. Hats look adorable on most girls and offer a sporty fresh attire to the usual jeans and t-shirt outfit. In fact, a ball cap looks great with almost any dressed down clothing such as knit pants, jeans, shorts, t-shirts, and or jersey shirts.

Use headbands and scarfs to hide bangs that are being grown out. Putting on a cute headband or a fashionable scarf can help to keep growing bangs out of your face. Simply brush hair back toward the top of your head and slip a head band over the bangs to hold in place. Or, pull a scarf up around the back base of your neck and head and secure over brushed back bangs to keep them from getting loose. What's nice about headbands and scarfs is that they give the look of having no bangs at all since you can hide them almost completely under the material. Sometimes pins and barrettes are unable to hold back all pieces of small bangs. A headband or scarf will keep the pieces of hair from flying everywhere and give a sleek finished look to any outfit or attire. Plus, headbands and scarfs look great with casual business wear for work.
