Mafia Wars: Street Thug Tier

Mafia Wars: New York: Street Thug Tier: Levels 1-4

When you first begin Mafia Wars after you have chosen your character type and name, you will begin in New York as a Street Thug. There are seven jobs in the Street Thug tier, with three mastery levels to achieve. When you master each level within the tier, you will earn a new title. When you master level one, you earn the title of Street Thug. When you master level two, you earn the title of Skilled Street Thug. When you master the third level you earn the title of Master Street Thug.

Before you can move to level two mastery, all level one mastery must be achieved, which means you have to complete all the jobs to 100% before starting the second mastery. You do not have to have all three levels of mastery done before you can move to the next tier, as the tiers are based on level, which is based on experience points.

Leveling Up

If you want to level up faster, put the skill points you earn to good use with energy, because this will allow you to do more jobs.

Remember, experience points come from more than just doing jobs. Fight with other Mafias to earn experience points, too. Each time you level up, you will get skill points you can use to improve your character, and you will get a full energy refill along with health and stamina.

Loot Drops (Cheats)

With some missions, you will have a chance to loot, and the items you get for loot may be needed to complete the other jobs in future tiers.

The loot from the Street Thug Tier jobs is as follows:

Rob a Pimp: 9mm Semi-Automatic

Beat Up a Rival Gangster: .22 pistol.

Collections

There is only one collection for the Street Thug tier. The collections give you certain advantages. Items are earned at random through completing the jobs in the tier.

Diamond Flush Collection: Collect Diamond playing cards from 8 up to Ace. Once you have one of each card, you can vault the collection for +1 energy.

Reboost

Each time you “re-vault” the collection, you can get a trip wire, which gives you a +10 defense skill boost.

Boss Fight - Confront Giancarlo Morillo

The boss fight will help you build experience points to level up and get a recharge and more skill points. To fight him, you will need at least two people in your mafia, with a pistol and a crowbar. You'll need at least 230 in energy (you start with 100.) When you defeat him, receive a Blackmail letter.

Master all three levels in the Street Thug tier and get a Pistol Bayonet, which helps you deal 4% more damage to your enemies in fights.
