Oh No! Big Bird's legs have disappeared from the front page of Google. The new Google Doodle logo is now Cookie Monster. Why was Big Bird's legs removed from Google? The reason Big Bird was removed is, each day Google will try and have a fun character from the infamous show Sesame Street to celebrate their 40th anniversary coming up November 10, 2009.
Did you know there is an actual video clip, which features Cookie Monster singing an old time favorite nursery song called Old McDonald.? The Cookie Monster video is from 1982, but having the words Google in it; it's a very appropriate video this week for the 40th anniversary celebration of Sesame Street.

In this video Cookie Monster is dancing and bobbling around singing, and at one point he starts bobbling his head around and his eyes are moving. So with a Google Google here and a Google Google there is all about Cookie Monsters eyes.

The Cookie Monster You Tube video called "Google Bugle" can be found online atYouTube.com, and Webpronews.com. The new Google Cookie Monster logo features Cookie Monster above the Google bar, (almost like he's about ready to eat the barcode), has little miniature cookies around his face, and Cookie Monsters eyes are part of the Google word having the two G's and the L and E created with cookie.
