The Boston Celtics are the only Eastern Conference team, which hasn’t tasted a defeat yet. They have and have seen off six opponents so far and they don’t seem like stopping ant time soon. Their next game will be against the Phoenix Suns. The game will definitely be fascinating since the Suns are second best team in the Western Conference.

The Suns general manager is Steve Kerr, a former Chicago Bulls player; those who were privileged to see the Jordan era in the 90s will certainly remember Kerr. Despite losing Shaquille O’Neal this season, the Suns under the leadership of Steve Nash are playing really well. In their current rooster they have the Ben Wallace and Grant Hill who are really impressive. In their five games, they have lost only once. Although the trip to Boston Garden will present them with an uphill task, they will not be pushovers.

The Suns may have never won the NBA Championship but their contribution the game during the Barkley era will forever remain engraved in the NBA books of history. Few will forget the entertaining games Charles Barkley was involved with the Bulls. Actually if there are teams that that cost the Suns the NBA title in the late 90’s its definitely the Chicago Bulls.

A decade has passed and a lot has changed in the Suns camp, they have started off so well and they are likely to reach the playoffs, whether they can win the title that a story for another day.
