We try everything to protect ourself, but sometimes it happens. Here are some techniques that will help in those situations

First of all if you feel threatened at all by some one, get away, run if you have to. not to a secluded place but where there are people. If that does not help or no one is around, scream as loud and as often as you can. Get peoples attention. If the person is getting closer to you swing whatever you have towards them, while still screaming. If you drop whatever you are swinging do not bend over to pick it up. Look the attacker in the eye, if they take their eye off you, kick them, hard.
Remember you have all means possible to defend yourself.

If you have nothing to defend yourself, fall to the ground with your feet towards the attacker. kicking towards them and screaming. If they try to move around you, rotate on your shoulder, kicking sideways. If they grab you kick their hands. Again you have all means possible to defend yourself. Remember to always try to get others attention.

If someone comes from behind and grabs you, grab their little finger and bend it. Break it if you have to, remember you are defending yourself. Bending back the little finger is very painful, and the easiest finger to grab. Also move your head back and forth if you are grabbed from behind. Try to hit their face area with the back of your head. Remember again to scream and get others attention.

Biting an attacker is another way to fend them off. The thin skinned areas, such as ear, and fingers are the beat areas to do this. But always try to get others attention. If you have a sharp object, stab or scratch them with it
