This is a quick and easy Pasta and Cheese Recipe.

Why use macaroni and cheese from that rectangular box when you can prepare this Pasta and Cheese recipe. This is a quick and easy recipe. If your kids like macaroni and cheese made from the box, they will love this Pasta and Cheese recipe. Maybe your kids would like to help you prepare this Pasta and Cheese recipe.

Pasta and Cheese Recipe Ingredients:

2 Cups Pasta Noodles, Cooked

4 Tablespoons Butter or Margarine

2 Tablespoons Flour

1 Cup Milk

2 1/2 Cups Shredded Cheese, Cheddar, American or Your Favorite Cheese

Directions for Pasta and Cheese Recipe :

Place the butter or margarine in a bowl and heat in the microwave until melted. Add the flour and milk and mix well. Place the bowl back in micro wave and heat for two to three minutes. Add the shredded cheese to the mixture. Mix well. Add the cooked noodles and again mix well. Grease an eight by eight or larger baking dish. Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Bake at 350 for about 25 to 30 minutes.

Homemade Pasta Noodles Recipe Ingredients:

1 ½ Cups Flour

2 Egg Yolks

1 Egg

1 Teaspoon Salt

¼ Cup Water

Directions for Homemade Pasta Noodles Recipe:

Mix together all the ingredients. Add more water or more flour if necessary. Knead the dough. Divide it into three or four parts. Roll the dough out on a floured board. Roll to paper thin. Cut the dough into ¼ inch strips. Cut strips into 2 inch lengths. Let noodles completely dry for three to four hours.
